Welcome to ExamGenie. By downloading or using this app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

1. Use of the App

  • You must be 18 years or older to use ExamGenie.
  • The app is intended for generating sample question papers based on uploaded syllabi. Any misuse of the app, including but not limited to generating inappropriate content or uploading irrelevant files, is strictly prohibited.

2. Data Usage

  • ExamGenie saves  generated question papers for users' future reference.
  • The app does not share user data with any third parties, does not track users, or use cookies.
  • Users can request data deletion by contacting the developer via email at dev.pratap3250@gmail.com.

3. Subscriptions

  • ExamGenie offers a free tier and three paid subscription plans:
    • Silver: 5 credits per day for 7 days at ₹100.
    • Gold: 8 credits per day for 14 days at ₹250.
    • Diamond: 10 credits per day for 30 days at ₹500.
  • Users with an active paid subscription cannot upgrade to another plan until the current subscription expires.
  • There is no refund policy. All purchases are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Intellectual Property

  • The content, features, and branding of ExamGenie are owned by the developer, Divyansh Pratap Singh.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the app or its content without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • ExamGenie generates sample question papers based on user-uploaded syllabi. The app does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or completeness of the generated content.
  • The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

6. Termination

  • The developer reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at their discretion if these terms are violated.
